## Description ##

Make your browser speak when <code>wp.a11y.speak()</code> is called. Requires a browser that <a href="http://caniuse.com/#feat=speech-synthesis">supports <code>speechSynthesis</code></a> (currently Chrome and Safari).

This is useful for development to simulate what a user experiences when using a screen reader.
