Commune is a free wordpress theme ready for wordpress 3.1+. This theme is like a premium theme but it’s free!
With Commune you can customize in the theme option panel :

The theme is also compatible with WP-PageNavi plugin for a nice pagination. In Commune, like in other wordpress theme, you can change the header with a custom image header, change the background… As you can see the theme had some CSS3 tricks.
