You can use the sample.xml to impor a demo site.

Download the file from https://developry.com/developry-lite/demo/sample.xml

Note: If you are installing the theme on clean install it has this content built-in as starter content, so you only need to go to the Customizer and click publish then follow the secondary steps.

Here are steps you need to follow to import the demo content:

1. Go to Tools > Import and Install the WordPress Importer if you don't have it already installed.
2. Click on Run Importer select the sample.xml and click on Upload and Import
3. Go to Appearance > Menus and add both Main Nav and Social Nav to the Menu Settings
4. Go to Settings > Reading, select A Static Page and add Hello, World! as homepage and Blog as posts page.
5. Go Settings > Permalinks and select Post name as an option

Now you can go to Appearance > Customizer and start cutomizing you theme. Theme Option  is tab create specifically for the theme that has all custom options.

If this isn't a Block theme it works perfectly with the Block Editor, as well as the Classic Editor.
