You can use the sample.xml to import a demo site.

== Here are steps you need to follow to import the demo content: ==

1. Go to `Tools > Import and Install` the WordPress Importer if you don't have it already installed.
2. Click on `Run Importer` select the sample.xml and click on `Upload and Import`
3. Go to `Appearance > Menus` and add both Main Nav and Social Nav to the Menu Settings (optional)
4. Go to `Settings > Reading`, select A Static Page and add Hello, World! as homepage and Blog as posts page (optional)
5. Go to `Settings > Permalinks` and select Post name as an option

Now you can go to `Appearance > Customizer` and start cutomizing you theme. 

`Theme Option` is tab created specifically for the theme that has all custom options.

This isn't a Block Theme but it works perfectly with the Block Editor, as well as the Classic Editor.

Note: If you are activating the theme on fresh WordPress install for the first time it has this content built-in as starter content. All you only need to do is go to the Customizer and click on Publish then follow the secondary steps above.
