Below are the steps to setup theme static page.

	Step 1. Create a page named as "home page" and select the template "Custom Home Page".

	Step 2. Go to customizer >> static front page >> check Static page, then select the page which you have added (for example "home page").

	Step 1. Add new page, add title, content, set featured image then publish it.

	Step 2. Go to customizer >> Theme Settings >> Slider Section >> here you can select the page which you have added for slider.

For New Collection

	Step 1. Add new page, add title, in content you have to add woocommerce shortcode which display your product in home page [products limit="3" columns="3" best_selling="true" ] then publish it.

	Step 2. Go to customizer >> Theme Settings >> New Collection >> here you can select the page which you have added for product.
